Founder & CEO
Estelle started LivaFortis because she knew that patients deserved an effective solution to their low back pain. Her R&D experience at a top biotech company and her multiple degrees in engineering and translational medicine have armed Estelle with the skills to design a unique MedTech solution and to bring it to market.

Julia's experience in healthcare has included sales and marketing roles for both pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. She is a dedicated patient advocate who lives to see health equity in action. Her experiences in the US as well as South Africa markets has provided her with the knowledge and insights to ensure that we implement best practices from around the world.

Joe is not only a Reach and AWS genius, but as a Full Stack developer, he can make even the most complex concepts seem simple. His endless patience makes him a perfect teacher, too! Joe's passion for multicultural issues and his degree in Sociology make him a perfect fit for our mission to promote cultural diversity.
Words from our founder
After my experience at a leading biotech company working on surgical spinal implants, I was able to see how ineffective and costly the current treatment options are for patients. In line with current guidelines , our product will finally provide an effective long term solution for customers without the need for dependence-producing pharmaceuticals or expensive and invasive surgery.
At LivaFortis, we aim to give every single back pain sufferer access to the most effective treatment and the most innovative technologies in order to provide them with the care they deserve, irrespective of their social background or medical coverage. We are a team of very passionate people whose primary motivation will always be the desire to improve the quality of life of our customers and to help them live life to their fullest potential.
