Why LivaFortis?
LivaFortis is a biotechnology company, founded in 2017 by Estelle Garcia, that delivers evidence-based physical therapy for low back pain at home — pairing a wearable biofeedback device with AI to treat the root cause of pain instead of masking it. We exist for one reason: effective back pain care shouldn't depend on who can access or afford it.
Who founded LivaFortis?

Founder & CEO
Estelle Garcia is the Founder and CEO of LivaFortis. Before starting the company, she spent years in R&D at a leading biotech company working on surgical spinal implants — close enough to the standard treatments for low back pain to see how costly, invasive, and often ineffective they were for the people relying on them. With degrees in engineering and translational medicine, she founded LivaFortis in 2017 to build a different kind of solution.
